If you find yourself in an emergency during our regular opening hours, we will do what we can to see you immediately. Please call ahead to give us a chance to prepare for your arrival.
We provide all of our clients with VidiVet to ensure that you have 24/7 access to a trusted vet. If you require help outside of our opening hours, you can contact VidiVet for advice on whether your pet needs urgent attention or you can wait until our team is available again.

Once you have the app, you can send any questions you have into the app and receive an instant video response from a qualified vet advising you on the best course of action.
If your VidiVet vet advises that you need urgent attention, our out of hours care is provided by Vets Now in Staines. Simply call our regular number and you will be connected to their experienced team.
